This is a safety and function inspection including description and photos for a report.

$350.00 to $700.00 range depending on factors related to overall inspection including size of structure and how much depth of inspection.

Certified Radon Inspections for soil gases that cause lung cancer $220.00 and several testing and length of time for sampling, are going to determine cost.

Certified WDO Inspection $220.00 is for Wood Destroying Organisms like termites, carpenter ants, power post beetles, carpenter bees, bugs etc.

Extra testing included in inspection like Wall Cavity Scope, Termite WDO, Mold Testing, Radon, are additional fees.
