Mold Inspection air cell testing with a controlled sample and a report with photos, is $270.00 for homes under 2300 SQ FT. Anything over 2300 SQ FT is by phone quote.

Each sample collected for third party, chain of custody, mold analysis and sent to lab is an additional $110.00 each, we will need at Air sample, Surface sample and a Controlled, sample etc.

Could be few or a couple or a lot of samples, depending on size of house etc. I can give you an idea or ballpark figure up front.

Mold Removal are around $10.00 to $20.00 per SQ FT.

Bulk Samples Consist of larger pieces and are additional $200.00 for high levels of contamination.

Radon Testing is $225.00 and can range in price depending on situation.

WDO Inspection is $230.00 (termites, bugs, pest that destroy wood).

We utilize HEPA Vacuums, antimicrobial agents, negative air machines. ducted out the window, isolation containment chambers, Bag up contamination, use air scrubbers, the wipe down and HEPA vacuum again by the IICRC book standards.

Mold Remediation is around $10.00 to $25.00 a square foot depending on protocols needed.
